The town of Rosarito is one particular element of the municipality named Playas de Rosarito

Rosarito is a coastal resort city in the Mexican state of Baja California situated roughly ten miles south of the U.S. border in Rosarito Seaside Municipality. Frequently mistakenly referred to as Rosarito Seaside simply because of the wellknown Rosarito Seaside Hotel, the town of Rosarito is one component of the municipality named Playas de Rosarito (“Beaches of Rosarito”).

Its seashores, latina escorts and dance clubs are a common location for young men and women from the United States during the Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. Rosarito Seaside is the seat of the municipality of Rosarito Seaside. The city is the 2nd largest in the Tijuana metropolitan spot and southern seaside city of the San Diego–Tijuana global metropolitan area.

It is the westernmost municipal seat in Mexico, slightly farther west than neighboring Tijuana, which lies inland to its north-northeast. As of 2010, the city had a population of 65,278.

Rosarito has historically been centered on tourism and Rosarito escorts. It began with the Ortiz family’s establishment of Rene’s (Bar, Restaurant, Trailer Park and Motel) in 1925. Rene served his town holding the position Delegado (Mayor) more than any other politician in Rosarito. Rene, a prominent businessman, assisted produce Rosarito from a ranch to a town which later grew to become a city. When Rene was not capable to serve his men and women any longer he chose as his successor Hugo Torres Chabert, a buddy and proprietor of Hotel Rosarito. In September 1996, James Cameron’s manufacturing staff moved to the newly constructed Fox Baja Studios in Rosarito, where a total scale RMS Titanic had been constructed for the 1997 movie, in which Fox acquired 40 acres of waterfront south of Rosarito Seaside.
